While heading through Seattle on our way to Discovery Park, we drove past my first place of employment after college so I had to snap a photo quickly. It's that blue building in the background. I thought the boys would be more interested in it but they could have cared less.
They were much happier to just get out of the van and explore!
Nana and Auntie Jake shared with them their love of sea glass and shell collecting.
And that was all it took.
Ethan, however, just wanted to play in the rocky sand.
I loved this picture of him.
But every time I made my way closer to him he would get up and walk away.
He kept his eye on me and wouldn't let me get close.
The hunt was on.
Everyone else headed over to the point looking for shells and sea glass but I stayed behind with Ethan. However, since I couldn't get close to him I had to find something else to do to amuse myself.
After we pulled them away from the beach it was time to find another play park.
Fun was had by all.
