Living in Georgia

 About two weeks after returning from Arizona I was packing my bags again for a quick overnight trip with my Georgia girls to Asheville, NC. After a long drive we got to the Biltmore House and had an amazing lunch before heading over to the house for our tour.  If you ever get a chance to visit, I highly recommend it.  I was able to get one quick picture before being scolded on not taking pictures inside. Oops. I honestly didn't know it wasn't allowed, although I guess there's not many places you can take pictures... I've been blessed with a few really good friendships over the years but these ladies are at the top. We've known each other since middle school and high school and even though it's been 30+ years (cough, cough) we are still the best of friends and make an effort to have a Girl's Weekend every couple of years. I love these girls! This year we rented a house in Scottsdale, AZ and the bonus for me was a visit with my mother-in-law, who lives in Mesa. The house was amazing! But the best part was the pool in the backyard - perfect for an October weekend. After a quick lie about, it was off to the store for supplies. Brussels sprouts anyone? This was how we spent every morning of our long weekend -- poolside with a cup of coffee, then a swim. Heaven. We even got to experience a small dust storm.  It was kind of fun to watch it come in. Luckily, it came and went quickly. Then it was off for a walk around the neig
