Valentine's Day

Here are a few pictures of the boys from Valentine's Day (and a few from the day or so before). I couldn't resist gettin Ethan in our new toy bucket but then I created a monster, as he wouldn't get out! But he was so cute in there and he was having so much fun! Here is my Willow House card holder with our Valentine's cards before Valentine's Day. I love this piece, as it gets so much use in our home. Jack liked walking in the kitchen one morning and seeing the cards. He was the names and asked right away who sent him, Ethan and Wyatt cards. And, of course, who could resist getting the boys wearing Daddy's hat. They loved playing with it (it's Daddy's afterall) and they looked so cute in it. As you can see from the picture below, it's hard for me to get anything done around the house with my little "helper" attached to me. And he is ALWAYS attached to my leg. Although now that he is taking about 4 steps he seems to be less and less a

Ethan Starts Preschool!

Last week was a big week for Ethan...on Tuesday the 25th of January he turned 3 years old and then on Wednesday the 26th he started preschool at a local elementary school! I can't believe I now have two little boys in preschool. And I can't believe the changes I've seen in Ethan in the week + that he's been in school. He attends Monday through Thursday from 11am to 2pm and he loves it! He eats lunch there, does arts and crafts and has his therapies there too. It's a nice break for me and Ethan is improving so much. Every day you ask him if he's ready to go to school and he says, "YES!" And then when you pick him up and ask if he had a good day at school he answers, "YES!" It's so cute. He's walking at home a lot more, talking a lot more and even feeding himself a lot more. It makes me so happy to see what a great little boy he is becoming. But I have to say, I can't wait for this next fall when both he and Jack are taking th

Willow House Inspiration

I've been selling Willow House products now for about 7-8 months and I have to say, I've had so much fun learning how to be creative with my decorating. I thought it would be fun to do a post to show off how versatile the product is. I love the idea of using the Hurricane's for picture frames! What better way to show off a great picture. Plus, it's so much easier than getting it into a frame. I used glass ornaments but love the idea of using rocks too! I'm in the midst of redoing our living room and it's fun to play around with everything. This next piece is my all-time favorite item right now. And it's no wonder that it's the #1 selling item in 2010 for Willow House. The French Wire Tiered Stand can be used for so much. I'm looking forward to getting my Belle Meade Cream and Sugar set so I can use this as a great tea & coffee caddy!! The uses for this are endless...and you'll see a few pictures for how I switched it out for the holi
