Life With Boys

 Just a few pictures of life around our house with these crazy boys!!
And why can't we have dogs that sit on the couch the correct way??? Amber used to sleep on the arm of the couch when she was a puppy and now Bandit thinks laying on the top of the cushion is the most comfortable. Meanwhile, I have cushions that no longer sit nicely on my furniture.

 I love listening and watching Wyatt play by himself, he has such a great imagination. I love how his Angry Birds and army men always end up in the coolest places.

 I will definitely miss this one day.

We missed having Daddy home for Ethan's birthday but we celebrated with a little cupcake anyway.




 And a video call with Nana and Granddad, so we could sing to him as well.

 Wyatt got a skateboard for Christmas and we took advantage of a sunny day (not very warm but at least we had sun) so he could show me his moves.
Now if only we could get him to learn to ride a bike with pedals!!

Having a Great Visit with Aunt Delly

I know it's been a VERY long time since I've last posted, but it's hard when you have company in town. Plus, I've been especially exhausted this past week. Jack get's so excited when we have visitors that he gets even crazier than normal! September should be fun when we have Daddy, Granny and Grandma in town. These are some pictures of Jack at gymnastics. He has gotten so much better at this club. They do a lot more strengthening stuff than the old place. Plus they have an older boys class so they don't just teach girly stuff at this age. It's been fun to see him do so well.  We have traveled around the SE for lacrosse tournaments in the past but this year we had the opportunity to travel to Denver, CO for one. I think it was one of my favorite. We tried to make it a family vacation as well, so we traveled in early the day before and spent some time exploring.  We headed down to Rock Park in Castle Rock and did a little hiking.  See that big rock in the background? Yup, the boys climbed all the way to the top. Ethan and I made it to the base of the rock while Jason, Jack and Wyatt climbed up top.  Ethan and I messing around waiting on the other boys.  Photos of the boys up top.  Our first game was an evening game, so we had most of the day to explore and get used to the altitude (which definitely got to the boys once they got on the field). Summer is Lacrosse

 This summer was especially busy for us as Jack played on TWO travel lacrosse teams and Wyatt played his first year on one. We only had one weekend where Jason and Wyatt headed off to Nashville, TN while Jack, Ethan and I stayed here for each of their tournaments.  This was Wyatt's oh-so-happy-to-get-his-photo-taken face before they headed out to Nashville. I just loved the shirt!!  This was the set up we had for Jack's tournament in town. Ethan was happy as a clam with shade and his iPad!!  Jack had a phenomenal first tournament and was directly responsible for almost all the teams goals. He looked awesome and he joked it was because his annoying youngest brother wasn't around.
