St. Patrick's Day

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since I've been on here! The life of a busy mom, I guess. Well, that and the fact that we've all been sick for the past two weeks. It started with me, and then Wyatt got a really bad ear infection, then developed an allergic reaction to the medicine he was on, and then Ethan, who had just finished a round of antibiotics got sick again! They say Atlanta has been hard hit by the bugs and viruses going around and boy, they weren't kidding!

Anyway, here are a few photos from St. Patrick's Day.

I'm know I'm beating a dead horse with my talk of my Gramercy Stand, but I just love it and again use it for EVERYTHING! This is where the leprechaun left little pots of gold for each of the boys. Jack was so excited to find them and check to see what was inside!

Then the boys each opened their cards from Nana and Granddad. Both Jack and Wyatt had fun but Ethan really didn't want anything to do with it - not feeling well.

I can't believe Wyatt is going to be a year old in only 5 weeks! Where did the time go???

Below are a few group photos since in each one a different child was smiling. Guess I need to invest in a program that lets me crop and insert so I can have them all smiling in the same one!

I will try and update more photos this week but honestly, I find it hard to sit down much during the day. Wyatt's napping is getting to be about every four hours, which does not fit around Jack's drop off and pick-up times. Every now and then I hit the jackpot and get him down for a couple hours while both Jack and Ethan are at school but it's not often enough!

Having a Great Visit with Aunt Delly

I know it's been a VERY long time since I've last posted, but it's hard when you have company in town. Plus, I've been especially exhausted this past week. Jack get's so excited when we have visitors that he gets even crazier than normal! September should be fun when we have Daddy, Granny and Grandma in town. I've been continuously changing up our great room bookshelves, so I thought I would post a photo for you to see. If anyone has more ideas on how to make it look better, let me know. These are some pictures of Jack at gymnastics. He has gotten so much better at this club. They do a lot more strengthening stuff than the old place. Plus they have an older boys class so they don't just teach girly stuff at this age. It's been fun to see him do so well. Of course, a lot of time he still goofs around, trying to fall off stuff, but for the most part he's pretty good at staying on task. Last week they did the monkey bars and he LOVED it and was

The Olympics

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since I've last posted a message. I guess it's been due to a combination of being really busy and not having much to say! Is that a contradiction? We've been letting Jack stay up late since Friday so that he could enjoy the Olympics. He really enjoyed the opening ceremony and has been in awe of the gymnastics. We went to a BBQ on Sunday night and just as we were getting ready to leave they put the ladies gymnastics on and all the kids say and watched. We had to drag Jack away. In other news, we're getting ready to do a really crazy thing. After only two months of having no debt and house payment, we're putting in an offer on a new home! We really had no plans to do this, but when we went to visit our friends on Sunday, we decided to drive around and look at the houses there. We had looked in there back before Ethan was born and fell in love with the place so we thought we'd just take a look and see how much i

Last Day in Prague

Our last full day in Prague. We had a late night parting the night before and a very early morning excursion but this was the one I was excited for! We did a similar excursion in Italy and loved it too. This was an awesome city bike tour to the Vysehrad Castle. We stopped for photo ops along the way - including here along the Charles River. But it's all fun and games until someone gets stopped by the Polizia! Before we left on our trip I was told to make sure you stay away from the police, so I was surprised to come up the big steep hill to see Jason stopped by one. I guess our tour guides didn't get the permit to ride in the park (too close to kids and a school). We had all just come up a big steep hill and were separated from the front of our group. Jason stopped to wait for me and the rest of the group to make sure we knew where to go. We had three guides, on leading, one in the middle who pulled away from Jason, and then one at the back.
