Passing the Time

 I love catching these moments of the boys playing together without them seeing me. Epic army battle going on!

 A look at my rearranged front porch. It actually works out much better this way than how I had it before. And I find myself out there whenever it's warm enough!!

 This dog cracks me up - he just loves to lie next to a warm body - no matter how much room there is.

 We were whiling away the time at lacrosse practice a couple weeks ago and Wyatt taught himself how to climb this tree. He was very proud of himself and spent a good hour or more climbing up and down.

 Here's a photo step-by-step of how he did it.







 The next day we had practice at a different location and it was finally warm enough in the morning to play at the park while Jack practiced down below. We had the whole park to ourselves and I loved seeing Wyatt and Ethan playing together.









They had a lot of fun and now I'm excited for spring and summer weather so we can get out more.

Having a Great Visit with Aunt Delly

I know it's been a VERY long time since I've last posted, but it's hard when you have company in town. Plus, I've been especially exhausted this past week. Jack get's so excited when we have visitors that he gets even crazier than normal! September should be fun when we have Daddy, Granny and Grandma in town.  We have traveled around the SE for lacrosse tournaments in the past but this year we had the opportunity to travel to Denver, CO for one. I think it was one of my favorite. We tried to make it a family vacation as well, so we traveled in early the day before and spent some time exploring.  We headed down to Rock Park in Castle Rock and did a little hiking.  See that big rock in the background? Yup, the boys climbed all the way to the top. Summer is Lacrosse

 This summer was especially busy for us as Jack played on TWO travel lacrosse teams and Wyatt played his first year on one. We only had one weekend where Jason and Wyatt headed off to Nashville, TN while Jack, Ethan and I stayed here for each of their tournaments.  This was Wyatt's oh-so-happy-to-get-his-photo-taken face before they headed out to Nashville. I just loved the shirt!!  This was the set up we had for Jack's tournament in town. Ethan was happy as a clam with shade and his iPad!!  Jack had a phenomenal first tournament and was directly responsible for almost all the teams goals. He looked awesome and he joked it was because his annoying youngest brother wasn't around.
