I've been so bad about keeping updated with this blog...so sorry. It's been a crazy few months but we seem to be in a fairly good routine now. Hopefully I can get back to regularly updating this. Although, Jason heads back up to Ft. Bragg on the 25th and it looks like he'll be up there for at least a month before he can get transferred into the home based unit to recover at home. Hopefully it won't be too much longer than the month... Jason's surgery up at Walter Reed was a success and while he's still recouping and has limited abilities to lift and move things he's doing well. The trip to DC was pretty fun, considering what we were up there for. We ended up with a lot more time to see the sites. Jason was supposed to have his pre-op appointment all day on the Monday, but was done by 11am, so we got to enjoy DC altogether. The Cornwell's visit the White House... Sorry I have been so slow at updating, but as you can imagine, my time is very limited these days. After surviving the ER stay, we are now dealing with colds and Jack has an ear infection. Last night was pretty bad, as Wyatt couldn't sleep on his back for very long and couldn't find any comfortable positions laying on me, so we didn't get much sleep last night. Oh the joys of a newborn!! I just hope we all get better before we leave for DC on Sunday. These photos are from Jack's gymnastics Spring Spectacular on May 8th. It was fun for Daddy and Nana to see what Jack has been learning at gymnastics and Ethan decided that he was ready for gymnastics himself, jumping right in and doing anything he could on the gymnastics floor!
